A black tie dress code is traditionally formal tuxedos for men and floor length dresses for women. We will be parading from the church to the reception venue so please keep that in mind when choosing your shoes for the night!
Are children welcome?
As much as we love your children, we kindly request this be an adults only celebration. Enjoy the night off :)
Can I bring a plus one?
No, we cannot accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand and please reach out to us if you have any questions!
Will transportation be provided?
No, transportation will not be provided. All of the events for the weekend are within walking distance to one another in downtown Charleston. Being downtown, there are also plenty of ride share options (Uber, Lyft, taxi) available.
Are the wedding events going to be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
Can I park at the church/ venue?
Parking is very limited in downtown Charleston, therefore we recommend walking or using a ride share to get to the events. There are parking garages located nearby that you may park in for a fee should you choose to drive.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony starts at 530pm sharp. Please arrive with plenty of time to find a seat in the church!
What happens after the ceremony?
Following the ceremony, we will be parading as a group from St. Philip’s Church to The Hibernian for the reception. It is approximately a 0.2 mile walk.
Do you have a hotel block?
